摘　　要：详述了欧洲大麦品种情况 ,全球酿造大麦年产量约 16 2 0 0万t ,其中 37%产于欧洲。欧洲是世界上最大的酿造大麦产区 ,也是最大的酿造大麦和麦芽出口商 。The paper is a detailed description of the results of an analysis of maiting barleyvaries in Europe.37%of the about 162million tons of worldwide barley production is grown in Europe.Of this,about 30million t are accounted for by spring and another 30million t by winter malting barley.Europe is thus the world's largest malting barley producer and also malting barley and malt exporter with the most signiflcance.
