摘　　要：基于现代企业敏捷供需链管理(ASCM)的需求现状,以虚拟企业的构建为研究对象,分析了现代企业管理方式的变革及其不同的市场适应性.在此基础上提出了虚拟企业建模过程中合作伙伴选择的评价体系及主要的评价方法.Vertical integration of enterprise management is being submitted by a new manage mode as said horizontal integration while new science technology and economic circumstances had changed now days. Isolating enterprise does not have rim advantages with its specialty in some technical figure anymore. As a result, agile supply chain based virtual enterprise has been developed to obtain more profit in competiting market with its integrated advantage from its varied enterprise partners. It is very important to select stern enterprise partners, which have some critical competitions, when some virtual enterprises had been established. A partner's selection hierarchy of virtual enterprise had been presented in this paper under agile supply chain managing mode. Some vital principles of enterprise reformation were discussed in detail.
