不同生长期香料烟香气成分的变化动态研究

摘　　要：通过研究香料烟生长发育过程中香气物质的变化规律。结果表明,在香料烟生长发育过程中,香气物质的总量随烟株的形成逐渐上升,移栽后70～80d是香气物质积累的关键时期。烟株生长过程中总酸性物含量双峰曲线形变化,第一高峰期出现在移栽后55d,移栽后80d达到最大值;色素降解产物的含量逐渐增大,由40d的191.925μg/g到过熟的337.224μg/g;西柏三烯二醇移栽后的含量在生长前期逐渐上升,80d左右达到最大值为22.676ug/g;赖百当类萜醇的降解产物在烟叶生长期间的含量逐渐增加。The variabilities of flavour components during the growth and development of orient tobacco were studied.The results showed that the total volume of aroma gradually rised with the developping of orient tobacco plant and the key accu-mulating phase of aroma was70-80days after transplanting.During the growing of orient tobacco,the total content of acid components varied following the curve with two peak values,the first appeared50days after transplanting,and the maximal content came 80days after transplanting.The pigment derivatives ascended from191.925μg /g40days after transplanting to337.224μg /g when the leaves were over ripe.Cembrenediols went up during the early time and came up to maximal con-tent 22.676μg /g80days after transplanting;Labdenediols rised gradually during the growth of orient tobacco.
