摘 要:目的 探讨可达灵对正常小鼠脑内单胺类和脑缺血小鼠脑内氨基酸类神经递质的影响。方法 在小鼠灌胃不同剂量的可达灵后,用HPLC测定脑内单胺类神经递质。同时采用结扎小鼠双侧颈动脉造成脑缺血,观察可达灵对脑内谷氨酸(Glu)/γ-氨基丁酸(CABA)的影响。结果 可达灵可以升高脑内5-羟色胺(5-HT)和多巴胺(DA)的含量,并且能够抑制深度脑缺血时脑内Glu/GABA比例的降低。结论 可达灵对小鼠脑缺血引起的损伤具有一定保护作用,而且有一定镇痛作用。Objective To study the effects of Kedaling on the change of monoamine in brains of mice and neuronal amino acids in brains of cerebral ischemic mice. Methods After the mice were administrated with Kedaling of different concentration, the monoamine neurotransmitters in brains of mice were detected by HPLC. Changes of Glu/GABA were also detected in cerebral ischemic mice induced by ligation of double lateral carotids.Results Kedaling can increase the production of 5-HT and DA significantly. Moreover, it can inhibit the decrease of the ratio of Glu/GABA induced by cerebral ischemia. Conclusions Kedaling can not only significantly increase cerebral 5-HT which contributes to its abirritation effect, but also alleviate cerebral ischemic damage by regulating the ratio of excitatory amino acid Glu and inhibitory amino acid GABA.
