摘　　要：首先定义了模糊数值外测度 ;在局部紧拓扑T2 空间上定义了模糊数值容度 ,并利用模糊数的d1度量讨论了模糊数值容度的性质 ;利用模糊数值外测度和模糊数容度给出一种由简单模糊数值函数构造出正则模糊数测度的方法 ;最后讨论了模糊数值容度的正则性与其引出的正则模糊数测度的关系。Firstly the definition of fuzzy valued outer measure is given. Then the F- content on a locally T_2 topological space is defined. By using d_1 - metric, the property of F- content is discussed; A new method of generating a certain regular Borel measure from more primitive fuzzy valued set functions is provided by using fuzzy valued outer measure and fuzzy valued content. Finally, the regularity of F- content on a locally compact T_2 space and the relation with the regular fuzzy valued measure induced by F- content are discussed.
