摘　　要：本文从我国试题库建设的现状着手,分析了试题库管理系统的开发要求,并详细介绍了系统实现过程中的两个难点问题。本系统具有结构设计简洁高效、功能齐全、使用方便、通用性及扩展性好的特点,在我国海事系统船员培训试题库建设应用中受到好评。According to the reality of examination question database in our country, the article analyses the requirements of developing an examination question database system, and introduces the two difficulties in the realization of their own system. This system is simple but efficient in structure design, easy to use, universal, extensible and includes many applied functions. The system is highly appraised for helping to establish the Seaman Training Examination Question Database Administrative System.
