摘　　要：从光栅衍射方程出发,通过分析和推导,得出了符合最小偏向角条件时的计算公式,对实验得出的数据与公认值进行对比之后,得出此方法具有较高的精确度。From equation of diffraction through analysis and derivation, we got the formule of calculation that coincidence the angle of minimum deviation. Then measured data were compared with standard value, we got the conclusion that the measuring method is very accurate.
