摘 要:随着我国汽车买方市场的形成和消费者的日趋成熟,汽车厂商借助先进的信息技术导入CRM将是一个非常好的选择。这里主要通过分析汽车厂商适应新经济的发展、市场竞争加剧、发展重点的转移和缩小与国外厂商的差距等几个方面的原因来阐述其必要性。With the forming of our country car buyer-determined market and the mature increasingly of customer,introduction CRM is an excelent choice to the car manufacturer with advanced information skills.The thesis expounds the necessary of introducing CRM by mainly analyzing the following aspects:adaptation to the development of new economics by car manufacturer,increasingly drastic competition,diversion of the development emphasis and lessening the gap between internal companies and foreign companies.
