摘　　要：目的　探讨医院感染管理的有效方法。方法　自 1997年我院运用全面质量管理 (TQC)对医院感染实施了全部门、全员、全程管理。结果　医院感染管理质量逐年提高 ,逐步反映出真实的感染率 ,漏报率逐年下降 ,环境监测合格率、抗菌药物合理应用率、一次性医疗用品全程管理合格率均逐年提高 ,经统计学处理 ,差异有显著性。结论　 TQC用于医院感染管理是切实可行的有效方法。OBJECTIVE To explore the effective methods for the nosocomial infection management. METHODS Since 1997 our hospital has carried out in whole department, all staff and whole process management to prevent nosocomial infections by applying total quality control (TQC). RESULTS The quality of the nosocomial infection management has increased gradually. The real infection rate reflected, that the environmental monitoring qualification rate, the rational application rate of the antibiotics and the qualification rate of the disposable medical stuff have all increased year by year. The difference is significant all above. CONCLUSIONS TQC is a feasible and effective method in applying the nosocomial infection management.
