摘　　要：[目的]探讨宫颈黏膜下肌瘤经阴道摘除疗效。[方法]采用经阴道摘除宫颈黏膜下肌瘤44例,并观察其效果。[结果]手术后在月经来潮一次来院复查,宫颈均愈合良好。[结论]宫颈黏膜下肌瘤经阴道摘除,纱布填塞,效果好。To investigate the effect of the transvaginal myomectomy of the cervical submucosal myoma.Fourty-four patients with the cervical submucosal myoma under-went transvaginal myomectomy.The effects were observed.All the cervical wounds healed after a menstrual period postoperatively.[Conclusions]Transvaginal myomectomy plus the gauze temping are good methods for the cervical submucosal myoma.
