摘　　要：当前高校技术物资引进工作中存在着合同、知识产权及进口技术物资后期管理等问题。应建立健全的管理体制和运行机制,充分提高进口物资的效用。After analyzing the problems about contract \intellectual property and later management existing in technological equipment import in university in the current situation, the article presented the countermeasures of how to solve the above-mentioned problems.
