摘　　要：贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,重在实践,贵在创新。中国共产党要代表先进的生产力的发展要求、先进文化的前进方向和最广大人民的根本利益,必须始终站在时代潮流的前列,不断进行理论创新、体制创新、科技创新,这是实现“三个代表”的根本要求。In order to carry out the significant thought 'Three Represents', the focus is on practice and creation. CCP must represent the trend of advanced productivity , the direction of advanced culture and the fundamental interest of the majority of people. Furthermore , CCP must stand in the first line of the trend of time , continuously contribute to theoretical cteafivity, system creativity and science and technology innovation , which is the essential requirement for realizing Three Represents
