摘　　要：介绍了传统的善意取得制度,阐述了我国善意取得的沿革,指出目前这一制度规定仍相对零散,且仅局限于所有权领域,有必要在即将出台的物权法中对担保物权这一领域的适用进行扩充和完善。The paper starts with an introduction to the traditional system of acquisition in good faith, and continues to expound the evolution of the said system in China. It concludes that up to the present, the regulations concerned are scattered around rather than focused. And they are confined to the sphere of ownership. Henceforth, it is necessary to enrich and improve the application of the entitlement to guaranteed matters in the Law of the Entitlement to Matters, which is to be promulgated in the near future.
