摘　　要：随着改革开放的深入 ,民营经济取得了长足的发展。加入WTO后 ,民营企业面临新的机会和挑战。本文主要探讨经济全球化时代民营企业的经营管理创新思路 。With further enhancement of China's economic reforms and open policy, the private sector of China's economy has achieved rapid development. After China's accession to the WTO, the private sector is facing both opportunities and challenges. This paper explores operational innovation of private enterprises in an age of economic globalization,and outlines specific approaches.
