摘　　要：提出了采用动测法检测与评定砌体房屋砌体强度和刚度的一种方法 。A method for testing and evaluating the strength and stiffness of the masonry for masonry buildings by dynamic test is put forward,which provides means for assessing the strength and quality of the existing masonry buildings and the newly\|built ones.
