摘　　要：目的 :研究成釉细胞瘤 (ameloblastoma ,AB)中上皮性钙黏附蛋白 (E -cad)及 β-连环素 ( β -cat)的表达探讨其生物学意义。方法 :免疫组化 (SP法 ) ,分别对AB72例 (原发 3 4例 ,复发 3 2例 ,恶性 6例 )E -cad、AB5 9例 (原发 2 2例、复发 3 1例 ,恶性 6例 ) β -cat进行了研究。 结果 :在正常口腔粘膜上皮细胞膜有E -cad和β -cat的完整表达 ,在AB中的星网状层及外周层细胞均有E -cad和β -cat的表达。表达强度无明显差异 ,在不同组织及病变中E -cad和 β -cat有不同的表达 (P <0 .0 0 1)伴随AB的复发与恶变 ,E -cad和 β -cat表达强度下降和丢失 ,浆、核的异位表达增加 ,三者相比P <0 .0 5。结论 :E -cad和 β-cat的表达水平与AB的细胞分化程度成负向关系 。Objective:To study the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in ameloblastoma (AB) and investigate the biologic significance of AB.Methods:We detected E-cadherin protein in 72 cases of AB (primary AB 34 cases,recurrent AB 32 cases,malignant AB 6 cases) andβ-catenin protein in 59 cases of AB (primary AB 22 cases,recurrent AB 31 cases,malignant AB 6 cases) by S-P method.Results:E-cadherin and β-catenin were expressed completely on cell membrane in normal oral mucosa epithelium.In AB, E-cadherin andβ-catenin were expressed in stellate reticulum-like cells and peripheral cells.There was a significant difference in these two groups (P<0.001).The expression intensity of E-cadherin andβ-catenin decreased or lost and had increase of abnormal expression accompaning with AB recurrence and malignance.The difference between these three groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression level of E-cadherin and β-cation is negatively correlated to cell differentation degree of AB and closely related to the biological behavior of AB.
