Experimental Study on Maxillary Growth after Autogenous bone grafting for repairing Maxillary Alveolar Defects in Rabbits

摘  要:目的 :通过动物大体标本测量 ,研究上颌骨的生长发育情况 ,旨在了解自体骨移植修复上颌腭齿槽裂时骨组织的再生愈合是否影响上颌骨的生长发育。方法 :40只 6~ 8周龄日本大白兔随机平均分为 2组 :对照组、骨移植组 ,术后 2周 ,4周 ,8周和 16周大体标本测量与组织学观察。结果 :①上颌腭齿槽裂骨缺损侧的上颌骨长度较健康侧短 ,且中线偏向缺损侧 ,②自体骨移植组的上颌骨长度显著的短小于对照组 ,③组织学观察显示腭齿槽裂骨缺损侧自体骨移植组的新骨形成较对照组快。结论 :自体骨移植能促进上颌腭齿槽裂骨缺损的早期修复 ,但却影响上颌骨的生长发育 。Objective:To Clarify the difference between bone formation and maxillary growth after closure of the secondary maxillary cleft using autogenous bone graftings or without.Methods:The unilateral simulated nasoalveolar palatal defect in rabbits at 6-8 weeks of age was made.A total of 40 animals were divided into 2 groups:non-filling ( Group-1 ),cancellous bone chips (Group-2 ).The studies by macrological structure and histologic appearance were examined at 2,4,8 and 16 weeks postoperatively.Results:The results of the investigation were as follows:①In the control side,the maxillary length growth of the bone defected side was reduced and the snout deviation turned to the bone defected side.②Concerning the bone defected side of each group,the influence of maxillary growth on Group-2 was significantly greater than Group-1.③The histologic results showed that new bone formation in Group-2 was well rapid compared with the Group-1.Conclusions:This study shows that although there was rapidly bone formation in the autogenous cancellous bone grafting for repairing maxillary alveolar defects,but also refrain the growth and development of maxilla.
