2型糖尿病患者体重、血脂与家系的关系

摘　　要：目的　调查分析 2型糖尿病 (DM)患者的体重和血脂的遗传特点以及两者的关系。方法　选择了 1 5个三代人都有DM患者的家系中DM患者 45人和IGT 2人。测定每人的体重指数 (BMI)和血脂四项 (TC ,TG ,HDL CCDL C)。用SPSS 1 0 .0软件统计分析同一家系内和不同家系间BMI和血脂水平的特点。结果　在同一家系DM和IGT患者的BMI是一致的 ,没有明显差异 ,P >0 .1 ;在同一家系中 ,患者的TC和LDL C水平有一致性 ,无明显差异 ,P值分别为 0 .5 6 9及 0 .3 3 1 ;在不同家系间TC和LDL C有明显差异 ,P <0 .0 0 1 ,而且与BMI间存在正相关 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　 2型BM患者的BMI ,TC和LDL C水平有明显的家族遗传性。患者的TC和LDL C与他们的BMI存在正相关。Objective To investigate the genetic characteristics of BMI and serum lipids in type 2 DM. Methods BMI and serum lipids(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)were determined in 45 diabetics and 2 IGT in 15 pedigrees with diabetics in 3 generations. Analyzed the levels of BIM and serum lipids within each of the pedigrees and inter-pedigrees.Statistics analysis was done by SPSS 10.0 software.Results BMI of DM and IGT patients were similar within the same pedigrees,P>0.1.Serum TC and LDL-C levels were similar within the same pedigrees,P>0.1,but were significantly different between the pedigrees and were positively correlated with the BMI,P<0.05.Conclusions BMI,serum TC and LDL-C levels in type 2 DM are genetically related to the pedigrees.Serum TC and LDL-C are positively correlated with the BMI.
