摘　　要：目的:检测p27与Ki-67基因在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)组织中的表达并探讨其表达在NHL发病中的作用及临床应用价值。方法:用免疫组织化学(SABC)法检测NHLp27与Ki-67基因的表达。结果:p27与Ki-67的表达呈负相关(P<0.05);两者表达与NHL组织学分类、生存期和血清乳酸脱氢酶的水平相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、临床分期、有无全身症状无关(P>0.05)。结论:p27和Ki-67在NHL中规律性的表达对诊断NHL及判断预后有重要的参考价值。Objective:To explore whether p27and Ki-67are involved in pathogenesis of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and to investigate the practical significance of p27and Ki-67expressions in the diagnosis and prognostic assessment of NHL.Methods :46cases of paraffin-embeded sections of NHL were studied for p27and Ki-67expressions by means of an immunohistochemical(S-P)assay.Results:A negative correlation between p27and Ki-67expression was observed,there was a statistical significance between p27expression of benign lymphoid tissue and NHL,as well as between indolent and aggressive group.so does Ki-67between indolent and aggressive group.Conclusions :The characterisitic expression of p27and Ki-67is of referential value in the diagnosis of NHL and is prognosis
