摘  要:真空炉高温除气工艺可以大大降低不锈钢出气率。通过应用实例,给出了真空炉高温除气和现场烘烤除气及二者结合除气的结果,分析了真空炉高温除气的有利因素,证明采用该工艺对于降低不锈钢出气率,从而获得超高真空具有显著的效果。The stainless steel out\|gassing rates can be reduced greatly by high temperature degassing technology in a vacuum furnace. By means of practical examples, the results of the vacuum fumace degassing, the bake\|out in site and the both technologies combined together were given. The advantages of the vacuum furnace high temperature degassing were analyzed. It was proved that the high temperature degassing technology has great remarkable effect to reduce the stainless steel out\|gassing rates and obtain an ultra\|high vacuum.
