双侧慢性硬膜下血肿诊治体会-附8例报告

摘　　要：目的　提高双侧慢性硬膜下血肿的诊断及治愈率。方法　回顾分析我院 5年 ( 1997年～2 0 0 2年 ) 8例双侧慢性硬膜下血肿治疗情况。结果　 7例痊愈 ( 87.5 % ) ,1例植物生存 ( 12 .5 % )。Objective To improve the accuracy of diagnosis and the cure rate for the two-sides chronic subdural hematomas.Methods Summary of therapeutic experiences of 8 cases with the two-sides chronic subdural hematomas was reported from 1997 to 2002.Results Seven patients were healed(87.5%) and one patient became vegetable living(12.5%). Conclusions It is an effective way that the two-sides chronic subdural hematomas is diagnosed and treated in drainage trephine in time.
