摘　　要：全面分析了企业在实施ERP系统过程中可能会遇到的各类风险,并对产生风险的原因进行了深刻剖析,阐明目前企业实施ERP过程中风险管理的内容和种种误区,提出了规避软件风险和企业转变调整风险的策略.The article analyses all kinds of risks which enterprises may meet with in the process of implementing ERP system, as well as the causes that bring risks. We clarify various mistakes and content of risk management when enterprises carry out ERP. The article also brings forward the strategy to avoid software risk and enterprises transformation risk.
