后囊前混浊机化白内障的手术新方法

摘　　要：目的 :探讨用精细分离法治疗后囊前混浊机化的白内障的疗效。方法 :在粘弹剂的保护下 ,用精细分离法剥离后囊前混浊机化的白内障 43例 45眼。结果 :43例患者中顺利将混浊机化物完整剥离的 3 8例 ;剪开分离时后囊有小破口 5例。人主晶体囊袋内植入 3 4例 ,睫状沟植入 9例。术后视力 0 .5以上者 19例。结论 :精细分离法治疗后囊前混浊机化白内障 ,安全。Objective: To investegate the effects of a new way to treat cataract with opacification and oganization before posterior capsule.Methods: Under the protection of Healon,43 cases in 45 eyes of opacification andoganization in the lens were dividedmeticulously from posterior capsule.Results: 43 cases,the opacification and oganization of 38 cases were stripped completely;5 cases with small hole on the posterior capsule.The 34 intraocular lens(IOL) were implantedin capsular bag and 9 in ciliary ditch.The visual acuity(VA) of 9 cases after the operation get above 0.5.Conclusion: It is safe and effective way to cure cataract with posterior capsule opacification and oganization by method of dividing meticulously.
