《武汉大学学报(医学版)》论著中统计推断应用缺陷

摘　　要：目的 :了解《武汉大学学报 (医学版 )》论著中统计推断应用缺陷状况。方法 :对该刊 2 0 0 1年度 1～ 4期杂志刊载的论著 99篇进行了统计学分析。结果 :99篇论著中至少存在一种统计推断应用缺陷占 6 5 .7% ,6 5篇缺陷论著中至少有 2种及以上统计推断方法应用缺陷的论著占 38.5 %。 6种缺陷类型所占比例分别为 16 .8%、2 7.4 %、9.5 %、2 4 .2 %、12 .6 %和 9.5 % ,其中缺陷类型Ⅱ“统计推断方法与设计类型不符合”居首位。结论 :该刊 2 0 0 1年刊载的论著中统计推断方法应用缺陷率基本上与 5种中华牌临床核心期刊 2 0世纪 90年代中期的水平持平 。Objective: To study the status of inferential statistic deficiencies of Medical Journal of Wuhan University. Methods: 99 origianl articles published in 2001 were investigated. Results: 65 had at least detectable inferential statistical deficiencies,and incidence of inferential statistical deficiencies was 65.7%. Of 65 flaw articles,the percentage of the articles with at least 2 inferential statistic deficiencies was 38.5%. The percentages of 6 deficiencies were 16.8%,27.4%,9.5%,24.2%,12.6% and 9.5% respectively, and the most common deficiency was that the statistical method didn't accord with types of design. Conclusion: The incidence of inferential statistical deficiencies of the journal published in 2001 is near to that of 5 Chinese core medical journals in middle ages of 1990's,and it is necessary to improve the status of the application of inferential statistics.
