摘 要:目的 :利用大鼠吸入烹调胡麻油烟染毒的动物模型 ,光镜下观察肺组织病理形态的改变 ,电镜下观察肺泡Ⅱ型细胞的形态变化。方法 :采用动式吸入胡麻油烟 ,浓度为 4 4 4 4± 18 6 8mg/m3 为染毒组 ,吸入新鲜的空气 (2 0~ 2 2℃ )为阴性对照组 ,每组 18只动物 ,分三个时相 (15、30、5 0d)观察肺组织病理形态的变化。结果 :光镜下可见烹调胡麻油烟染毒组动物肺组织病理改变以炎症改变为主 ,尚有肺泡上皮腺样化生、鳞状化生病变形成 ,病理改变第三时相最明显。肺泡Ⅱ型细胞损伤第三时相最严重。结论 :烹调胡麻油烟可引起实验动物肺组织病理形态的改变 ,且随时相延长 ,病理改变更为严重。Objective: To probe the effect of Cooking Siritch Oil Fume (CSOF) on lung tissues in SD rats. Methods: The experimental rats were randomly divided into 2 groups, exposure group inhaling (44.44±18.68) mg/m3 CSOF and control group inhaling fresh air. The pathomorphological alterations of lung tissue were observed by microscope, the injuries of rat's type II lung cells were observed by electron-microscope. All of the observations were done on day 15, 30, 50 of the experiment. Results: The main pathological changes of lung tissues in exposure group were inflammation, adenic metaplasia and squamous metaplasia were also found.Pathomorohological alterations of lung tissue became severe on day 50. Conclusion: Pathomorphological alterations can be induced by the cooking siritch oil fumes and become worse gradually with time.
