摘　　要：以YC6 112ZLQ增压中冷柴油机为基础 ,对有关零部件进行了结构改进设计 ,并选用了目前国际上先进的LPG燃气装置。通过大量的匹配与优化试验 ,完成了发动机运行所需软硬件的开发和标定工作。试验表明YC6 112 2ZLQE电控稀薄燃烧LPG单燃料发动机的动力性和经济性完全达到了设计指标的要求 。Based on YC61 12ZLQ inter cooled turbo charged diesel engine,this paper modifies the design of its related parts,and components,and reasonably selects the internationally advanced gas supply device for LPG.The development and calibration of the software and hardware for engine operation are completed througha large number of tests for matching and optimization.The results show that the power and economic Performance of YC61 12 electronically controlled lean burn LPG single fuel engine have met the requirements of design target,with its emission reaching the Euro II standard.
