摘　　要：从分析目前全球市场对企业的要求和企业信息管理的角度出发 ,对企业产品设计的管理模式进行了反思 ,阐明了建立灵活的全球化设计管理体系以及高新技术条件的计算机辅助工业设计管理系统 。In this paper, through exploring the new product design management system of a enterprise, in particular, investigating the industrial design rationales in the system, the authors dwell upon that the flexible global design management system will become the most important strategic resource for a enterprise and set up a computer-aided industrial design management system in the high-tech condition, from the viewpoint of analyzing an effect of the current global market upon the requirements and information management of the firms.
