摘 要:南水北调西线调水工程的供水对象主要是工业、生活和生态环境用水,尤其生态环境用水占有很大的比例,当调水1.70×1010m3时,用于生态环境部分达6.30×109m3,占调水量的37.0%。重点分析了调水工程对受水区生态环境的有利影响,指出调水工程将为西部大开发提供水资源保障,增加受水区河川径流量;改善水环境;遏制并治理水土流失和土地荒漠化,减少自然灾害,改善农业生态环境和当地居民的生存环境;缓解黄河下游的断流,解决下游由于断流而引发的生态环境问题;恢复并建立新的生态系统,大大提高受水区的环境容量及承载力。从整个生态环境意义上来讲,南水北调西线工程是一座规模宏大的生态建设工程。The supplied water of the west route of Water Transferring Project from South to North of China is for industry, life and ecoenvironment. Among these, water used for ecoenvironment represents a great ratio. When the transferred water reaches 1.70×1010 m3, the amount used for ecoenvironment can be as high as 6.30×109 m3 or 37.0% of the total. The benefits of the project on ecoenvironment in waterreceived area are analyzed. The analysis indicates that the project is the water resource guarantee for western China development. It can increase the runoff of the rivers in that region and improve the water environment, stop and control soil and water loss and land desertification, decrease natural disasters, improve the agricultural ecoenvironment and local survival for the inhabitant, alleviate no water flow in the lower reaches of the Yellow river and solve related ecoenvironment problems, restore the ecosystem and enhance environmental capacity and loadbearing capabilities. From the sense of ecoenvironment improvement, the west route of Water Transferring Project from South to North of China is a magnificent ecological construction project.
