高效液相色谱测定鱼体组织中鱼静安的浓度

摘　　要：利用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)建立了测定鱼体的鱼血 ,鱼脑 ,鱼肉和鱼肝中的鱼静安 (MS 2 2 2 )的浓度方法 ,样品用重蒸水匀浆 ,离心 1 5min( 1 2 0 0 0r/min) ,将上清液用 0 45 μm过滤膜过滤 ,用YWG C1 8分析柱 ,流动相为 0 2mol/min磷酸缓冲液 (pH 3 1 )∶甲醇 =85∶1 5 ,紫外测试波长2 2 3nm ,平均回收率鱼血 87 78% ,鱼脑 95 30 % ,鱼肉 92 30 % ,鱼肝 77 0 0 %。This paper reports high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of Finguel(MS 222) in the blood of fish,the brain of fish,the flesh of fish and the liver of fish using YWG C18 10um column with 0 2mol/L phosphate buffer(pH 3 1)∶Methanol (85∶15) as mobile phase,and detected at 223nm.The flow rate was 0 7ml/min.The average recovery,the blood of fish was 87 78%,the brain of fish was 95 30%,the flesh of fish was 92 3%,the liver of fish was 77 00%.
