B超引导下细针吸取细胞学诊断肝局灶性病变的评价(附144例分析)

摘　　要：本文报道了144例肝局灶性病变在B 超引导下细针吸取细胞学(FNAC)检查的结果。对肝恶性病变的穿刺阳性率为86.27%(88/102),假阴性为13.73%(14/102)。并对假阴性的可能原因和提高穿刺的阳性率进行了讨论。FNAC 是一种简单、迅速、可靠、并发症少且所需费用低的检查技术,值得推广。This article describes that fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC) under the ultrasonical guidance is performed in 144 patients with hepatic focal lesions.The positive rate of FNAC was 86.27%(88/102)in patients with hepatic cancer.Thefalse negative rate was 13.73%(14/102).The possible cause of false negative rate and themethod of increasing positive results were discussed.The FNAC is a simple,quick,harmless and inexpensive technique which will gain wide acceptance.
