宫颈癌细胞DNA含量的流式细胞分析初步小结

摘　　要：用流式细胞计,对36例宫颈癌病人活检标本进行癌细胞DNA 含量分析。结果发现宫颈鳞癌细胞DNA 指数为1.(?)2±0.48,而宫颈腺癌为1.88±0.47。宫颈癌细胞DNA 含量与患者的临床分期,肿瘤生长类型无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果提示DNA 含量的测定对肿瘤恶性度、预后判断及指导治疗方面有较大的参考价值。In this study,the DNA content of carcinomatous cells of cervix uteri in 36 patients was determined by Flow Cytomctric Analysis.The results showed that the DNAindex of squamous cell carcinoma(1.22±0.48)was significantly lower than that of adeno-carcinoma(1.88±0.47,p<0.05)and there was no DNA content difference in patients ofdifferent clinical classes and in tumors of growing types.Bated on these values weproposed that determination of DNA content is useful in the judgment of carcinomatousmailgnogram,prognosis and treatment.
