东乡野生稻后代近等基因系苗期耐冷性初步研究

摘　　要：对34个近等基因系的苗期耐冷性作了研究和评价,鉴定出4个品系具有耐冻性,可作为水稻抗冷育种的优异种质资源,并认为这种抗冷力来自于东乡野生稻。对近等基因系强耐冷性品系的耐冷强度进行了讨论。Study and evaluation on cold-resistance of seedling of 34 near-isogenic lines fr om Dongxiang wild rice were conducted, and 4 freezing-tolerant lines which coul d be used as quality cold-resistant breeding rice resources were identified. And the cold-resistant character was inherited from Dongxiang wild rice. Cold-resistant intensity of hi gh cold-resistant near-isogenic lines was discussed.
