摘　　要：汽车减振器性能的优劣直接影响着汽车行驶的平顺性和舒适性,而减振器的装配质量对其性能的好坏起着决定作用。国外汽车减振器组装大多实现了自动化,而国内手工组装的汽车减振器由于没有自动装配机构和自动检测装置,装配精度难以保证。为了提高减振器的装配质量,自动装配是其必然的发展方向。由于资金的限制,设计采用了半自动装配线,即生产线的部分关键设备采用全自动的(如自动供料设备、自动检测装置等),其余设备采用半自动的,这样既符合国情,又可以在一定程度上提高汽车减振器的装配质量。The property of shock absorber directly influences automotive driving stability and comfort,and the assembling quality play a crucial role on the properties of shock absorber.It is obviously that the quality of shock absorbers assembled automatically is better then that assembled one by one manually,but to set up the automobile assembling line of shock absorbers must spent a lot of money.Based on a manual assembling line with hand,building semiautomatic assembling line is an ideal method which accord with real situation in China at present by using the key automatic machines in assembling line.It can not only improve the assembling quality of shock absorbers,but also save a lot of money for enterprise.
