摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化的发展和ISO9000标准在我国的普及 ,推行ISO9000标准并借鉴其管理思想建立现代组织管理体系成为我国中小企业规范管理手段、提高管理水平的一个契机。本文在对ISO9000标准和我国中小企业的特点进行分析的基础上 ,提出在中小企业建立面向流程的组织管理体系 ,并就体系的具体实施提出了几点建议。With the integration of world economy and the popularization of ISO9000standards in our country,carrying through ISO9000standards and establishing the system of organizational management based on them can improve the management level of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises.On the basis of analyzing ISO9000standards and the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country,this paper proposes setting up organization's management system facing process in small and medium-sized enterprises.Some suggestions on concrete implementation of the system are put forward finally in the paper.
