摘　　要：北京体育大学运动训练专业1957年建立以来,之所以能培养了大批高水平运动员、教练员、高级体育管理干部、优秀体育教师和其他体育专门人才,在于形成了面向竞技体育主战场的高水平竞技体育人才培养模式和教学体系,建树了可持续发展的高水平竞技体育人才群体培养体系。Since the establishment of sports training specialty in Beijing University of Physical Education, a large number of highlevel athletes, coaches, sports administrators, physical education teachers and talents of other sports specialties have been brought up. The reasons consist in the formation of the training pattern and teaching system for cultivating competitive sports talents of high level, which are looking on the main battlefield of competitive sport and in the construction of the system for training the highlevel competitive sports talent group of sustainable development.
