摘　　要：通过极点对青少年竞走技术影响的调查分析,对竞走比赛中是否存在极点、极点反应对竞走技术有何影响等进行研究,为教练员、运动员在训练和比赛时提供参考。Based on the anlysis of the research on the influence of limitation on the youth race walking skill.The author tries to study whether such limitation exists, and to find the regulation of its response to race walking skill. The essay intends to provide reference for coaches, athletes in training and in race.
