摘 要:在大量发射正电子的核素中,18F因为具有良好的物理与核性质,从而成为标记生物活性多肽的优选核素。小的生物活性多肽在显像方面优于蛋白与单抗。评述了18F标记的小生物活性多肽的研究进展;对不同的18F标记试剂、放射性氟化技术及18F标记多肽的药物动力学特征也进行了叙述。The application of biologically active peptides labeled with positron-emitting nuclides has emerged as a useful and interesting field in nuclear medicine. Among a number of positron-emitting nuclides, fluorine-18 appears to be the best candidate for labeling peptides by virtue of its favourable physical and nuclear characteristics. Small peptides are currently the preferred reagents over proteins and antibodies for dignostic imaging, and the 18F-labelled peptides hold enormous clinical potenial . This review presents the recent progress in 18F-labelled small active pep-tides. In addition, different 18F labeling reagents, radiofluorination techniques and pharmacokinetics of 18F-labelled bioactive peptides are described.
