摘  要:实验小白鼠口服相当于50kg体重人体每日食用0.625kg(高剂量组)和0.125kg(低剂量组)中华猕猴桃浓缩果汁(分别相当于2.5kg和0.5kg新鲜果汁的量),持续7d均未见骨髓细胞染色体有效畸变损伤和外周血淋巴细胞微核效应。但口服上述剂量浓缩果汁对于致畸变剂苯的致染色体畸变和诱发微核损伤,有明显的保护作用。结果提示,中华猕猴桃果汁不失为一种新型的具有良好开发前景的营养保健制品。The Actinidia chinensis Planch ( Chinese gooseberry or Kiwifruit) is a kind of wild fruit originally growing in China, its fruit is the richest natural source of ascorbic acid, about 50-400 mg/100 g in fresh fruit and 350-400 mg/100 g in concentrated fruit juice. The cytogenetic effects of concentrated fruit juice of Actinidia chinensis on mice were investigated by using analysis of aberration effects of chromosomes in mice bone marrow cells and determinating micro-nucleus frequency of lymphocytes in peripheral blood. The results showed that the aberration frequency of chromosomes of bone marrow cells and micronucleus frequency of blood lymphocytes in mice with oral administration of concentrated fruit juice of Actinidia chinensis did not increase in comparison to the normal controls. The frequencies of chromosomal aberration and mic-ronucleus were increased to 16.0 % and 9.0‰ in single subcutaneous injection of benzene. The frequencies of chromosomal aberration in bone marrow cells and the micronucleus frequencies in peripheral lymphocytes were decreased to 3.5% (high dose) or 2.0%(Low dose) and 3.25‰(high dose) or 2.0‰(Low dose) respectively for mice receiving oral administration of concentrated fruit juice after four hours induced by benzene and t-test all were P<0.01.These results suggested that the protection effect and inhibition effect were obserbed. Oral administration of concentrated juice of the Actinidia chinensis that inhibited the chromosomal aberration of bone marrow cells and micronucleus frequency of peripheral lymphocytes in mice induced by benzene.
