摘 要:采用邻苯三酚自氧化抑制法,对口服中华猕猴桃浓缩果汁家兔血液红细胞的邻苯三酚自氧化抑制效应的试验表明,按50kg体重人体,每日食用0.5kg果汁剂量,持续5周服用中华猕猴桃浓缩果汁的家免,其血液红细胞邻苯三酚自氧化反应抑制率明显升高。与服用前正常值73.7%对比,1—5周依次为129.1%,153.1%,133.4%,154.9%和150.8%。停服果汁2周和4周的测定值为111.8%和114.8%。结果提示,口服中华猕猴桃浓缩果汁有明显增强家兔血液红细胞的邻苯三酚自氧化抑制效应,抑制率比正常值提高1倍。猕猴桃果汁与同等剂量试剂抗坏血酸平行抑制试验结果,猕猴桃果汁的自氧化抑制率较试剂抗坏血酸高2个剂量级。The superoxide anion radicals (O2 - ) has received attention recently as an agent of oxygen toxicity to cells.This free radical is an intermediate reduction product of oxygen produced by a variety of biological reaction. The cytotoxicity of this free radical is well documented as a major cause of oxi- dative damage in the cell. Many aerobic biochemical reaction in cells or tissues lead to the production of superoxide anion radicals through the univalent reduction of oxygen. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) acts as a protective enzyme against the toxic effects of superoxide anion radicals, it catalyzes the superoxide anion radicals to molecular oxygen and hydrogen peroxide dismutationally. We reported here the inhibition effect on the pyrogallol autoxidation reaction of peripheral blood erythrocytes in rabbit of orally administrated concentrated juice of Actinidia chinensis and comparison of inhibition effects on the pyrogallol autoxidation reaction at the same dose Vc level of Actinidia chinensis fruit juice pure ascorbic acid. The results indicated that the inhibition rate on the pyrogallol autoxidation reaction by blood erythrocytes superoxide dismutase of rabbit of orally administrated concentrated fruit juice for continuous 1-5 weeks was significant increased (see table 1) . The inhibition rate of autoxidation reaction was a little decrease during 2 weeks or 4 weeks after oral administration stopped. The inhibition rate on the pyrogallol autoxidation reaction of Actinidia chinensis fruit juice was higher by 20% or more than that of the pure ascorbic acid at the same dose.
