摘　　要：目的　了解 β2 -M、CRP在多发性骨髓瘤 (MM )患者血清中的含量变化 ,探讨 β2 -MG、CRP对MM患者临床预后判断的意义。方法　测定 39例不同临床分期MM患者血清 β2 -MG、CRP水平变化 ,以 30例体检健康者为对照 ,并与MM患者各预后因素指标进行相关分析。结果　Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期MM患者 ,其 β2 -MG、CRP水平明显高于健康对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,Ⅲ期与Ⅱ期、Ⅱ期与Ⅰ期比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。所有MM患者年龄、HB、Ca+ + 、Cr、M蛋白等因素与 β2 -MG、CRP水平呈正相关。结论　在MM患者的诸多预后因素中 ,β2 -MG、CRP可作为重要或独立的预后因素。Objective To ivestigate the alteration of the concentration of serum β 2-MG?CRP in MM and the value of β 2-MG?CRP in judging the clinical prognosis.Methods The serum β 2-MG ?CRP level were measured in 39 patients who were in different clinical period of MM and 30 healthy subjects corresponded in age and sex.The relationship were analysed between β 2-MG?CRP and other facts related to prognosis.Results There were significant differenes in serum β 2-M,patients and bealthy subjects(P<0 01).There were differentes between patients in Ⅲ period and Ⅱ period(P<0 05),Ⅱ period and Ⅰperiod (P<0 05). Through investigation we found all the other facts like age,Hb,Ca ++ , Cr,M Protein ets had positive toβ 2-MG?CRP level.Conclusion Of all the prognostic facts, β 2-MG?CRP act as important or isolate facts.
