摘　　要：以河南洛阳的国有企业为例 ,分析了国有企业资金短缺的现状及其成因 ,提出了解决国有企业资金短缺的两条基本途径 :一是立足自我 ,自己救自己 ;二是积极争取外部支持。The paper analyzes the present circumstances and causes of the shortage of the state-owned enterprises funds in Henan province and puts forward two basic ways of solving these problems by taking examples of enter prises in Henan,namely,depending on ourselves and getting outside supports.
