摘 要:为了农村基础教育事业可持续发展,培养'下得去、留得住、干得好'的优秀乡村教师,2010年湖南省委托湖南第一师范学院实施'六年制公费定向农村小学全科教师培养计划'。我们通过对530名定向生的调查发现,该计划在农村生源选择、培养过程设计和就业协议执行等方面均取得了一定成效,但也存在考生报考动机不纯、政策执行刚性不足、课程设置合理性不强、少数定向生要求解约等问题。找出问题、探索优化策略,有利于培养计划的良好实施。In order to achieve sustainable development of rural basic education and cultivate outstanding rural teachers who can'come down,stay on and do well',Hunan First Normal University was commissioned in 2010 to implement the'rural primary school general teacher training program'.Through the survey of 530 students,it is found that the plan has made achievement in the selection of rural students,the design of training process and the implementation of employment agreements,but there are also some problems such as impure motivation of candidates,insufficient rigid policy implementation,improper curriculum,and some students’termination of the contract.Finding out the problems and exploring the optimization strategy is conducive to the good implementation of the training plan.
