中西药综合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：观察化疗加中药七叶灵方综合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的生存期。运用配对方法 ,设中西药综合治疗组和单纯化疗组各 4 5例。综合治疗组的 1年、2年、3年生存率分别为 86 6 7% ;5 9 5 5 %和 38 75 % ,中位生存期 2 6个月 ;单纯化疗组 1年、2年、3年生存率分别为 35 5 6 % ,1 7 78%和 4 2 4 % ,中位生存期 1 5个月。综合治疗组明显高于单纯化疗组。To observe the clinical effects of chemotherapy and Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer,45 cases in treatment group were treated with combined chemotherapy and Chinese medicine.1 year,2 year and 3 year survival rates were 86 67%,59 55% and 38 75% respectively and the median survival period was 26 months.Another 45 cases in control group were treated with simple chemotherapy,the 1 year,2 year and 3 year survival rates were 35 56%,17 75% and 4 24%,and the median survival period was 15 months.It is revealed that chemotherapy plus Chinese medicine has better effects than simple chemotherapy.
