倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗上下泪道阻塞的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨倍频Nd :YAG激光治疗上下泪道阻塞的疗效及疗效对比。方法　将空心泪道探针按常规泪道探通的方法探入泪道阻塞处 ,光纤插入针心行连续击射至有明显脱空感 ,术后行常规泪道冲洗。结果　共治疗上下泪道阻塞12 6眼 ,术后 4个月总有效率为 76 2 % ,其中上泪道阻塞有效率为 83 1% ,下泪道阻塞有效率为 6 5 3%。结论　泪道激光成形术治疗泪道阻塞安全有效 ,上泪道激光成形术疗效好于下泪道。Objective To evaluate the effect of KTP Nd:YAG laser surgery for lacrimal duct obstruction and to compare the effect of upper and lower lacrimal duct. Methods a hollow of lacrimal probe was put in the routine way to find the obstruction site of lacrimal duct, the laser fiber of KTP Nd:YAG was conducacrimated to the site and fire was set continuously until a breakthrough was gained ,after surgery saline and antibiotic liquids were irrigated .Results 126 eyes with lacrimal duct obstruction were treated by laser ,the efficiency rate was 76 2 % 4months after surgery ,the efficiency rate of upper and lower lacrimal duct were 83 1% and 6 5 3% respectively .Conclusion laser surgery for lacrimalduct is safe and efficient ,the efficiency rate of up perlacrimal duct is higher than lower lacrimal duct .
