摘 要:以武香粳 9号为材料研究了不同穗肥施氮时期对水稻籽粒蛋白质积累的影响。结果表明 :穗肥的施用提高了籽粒发育过程中单位干重蛋白质含量 ,以在倒 0 5叶施用氮素穗肥影响最大 ;随施肥时期的延迟 ,稻米粗蛋白和谷蛋白含量逐步上升 ,醇溶蛋白含量逐渐降低 ;倒 2 5叶施氮减少了强、弱势粒中蛋白组分的分布和含量 ,倒 0 5叶施氮与此相反 ;胚乳蛋白组分在花后 15d到 2 5d甚至更晚的时间合成完全。Effect of the timing of nitrogen application before heading on accumulation of endosperm protein in rice kernels (Wuxiangjing No.9) was studied in this paper.The results were as follows:Application of panicle fertilizer could increase protein content per dry weight with the development of rice kernels,especially application at leaf age remains 0.5.The later the timing of panicle fertilizer application was,the higher the crude protein content and glutelin content of rice endosperm was and the lower the prolamin content of rice endosperm was.The protein patterns and the content were changed in the endosperm of inferior grains and prior grains when the nitrogen was applied at leaf age remains 2.5.However,the results of the application at leaf age remains 0.5 was opposite.All components of the endosperm proteins were entirely synthesized from 15 to 25 days after anthesis or latter.
