摘　　要：弱势高校是一个庞大的高校群体 ,是高等教育大众化的主要载体。但在品质提升过程中 ,弱势高校遇到了后续生源、师资、社会保障、社会关系和自然环境、人文等资源短缺性难题 ,使改革难以为继 ,生存发展空间受阻。解决资源短缺困扰 ,离不开社会、政府的支持 ,更有赖于经济的发展、社会的进步 ,但从弱势高校自身来说 ,必须首先在办学理念、办学特色、培养质量、队伍建设和创新管理等方面下功夫。Weak universities and colleges,which consist of a large group in higher educational institutions,are a kind of main carrier in popularizing higher education.But in the process of their improvement of their qualities,they meet the difficulties of lacking resources in students?teachers?social assurance?social relationship,nartural environment and the human culture,which lead to the discontinued reforms and obstruction in the development.To solve this problem lies in the support of society and govemment,and development of economy and society.As to the weak universities and colleges themselves,they must pay much attention to the concepts and specialties of running universities and colleges?the education quality?the construction of teachers and the innovative management.
