摘　　要：阐述了全面质量管理的理论及其在高校图书馆管理领域的应用,提出了应用中应重视的4个方面的内容,即以读者为中心;不断改进工作方式和方法;全体馆员要共同参与管理;不断加强再学习,定期进行经验总结和交流。This paper expounds the theory of TQC and its application in the ma na gement of university library, and puts forward four aspects should be taken into consideration in its application, that is regarding the readers as the core, im proving the working styles and methods, librarians' common participating the man agement, strengthening re-learning and making experiences summary and exchange.
