糖尿病性视网膜病309例临床分析

摘　　要：[背景 ]糖尿病性视网膜病的发病与全身多种好发因素有关 ,而且比较复杂 .[病例报告 ]给30 9例Ⅱ型糖尿病性视网膜病进行了分型、分期 ,并考察了与糖尿病性视网膜病发病有关的好发因素 .30 9例中糖尿病发病年限在 2 0年及以上者占 6 4 % ,15～ 19年者占 16 2 % ,10～ 14年者占 39 2 % ,5～ 9年者占 30 0 % ,5年及以下或不详者占 8 1% ;血糖控制于正常水平者占 4 4 7% ,控制不良者占 5 5 3% .[讨论 ]糖尿病性视网膜病发生、发展的诸多因素中糖尿病患病时间的长短是首要因素 .此外 ,与是否伴有高血压、近视眼的关系亦较密切 .BACKGROUND Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is concerned with series of systemic predisposing factors and is rather complicated.?CASE REPORT?309 cases of non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (type Ⅱ) were made for type and stage diagnosis, and the predisposing factors of DR were studied. The course of diabetes mellitus over 20 years was 6 4%, 15～19 years 16 2%, 10～14 years 39 2%, 5～9 years 30 0%, and under 5 years and unknown were 8 1%. Blood sugar controlled in normal level was 44 7% and in badness was 55 3%.?DISCUSSION?Occurring and development of DR is evidently concerned with the course of diabetes mellitus, myopia and hypertension.
