摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨口腔颌面部牙源性瘘管的发病原因及治疗方法 .[方法 ]对 2 80例牙源性瘘管病例进行分析及总结 .[结果 ]经治疗后痊愈 186例 (6 6 4 % ) ,好转 79例 (2 8 2 % ) ,无效 15例 (5 4 % ) .[结论 ]治疗牙源性瘘管时首先应准确地找出病灶牙 ,然后对病灶牙进行积极的治疗 。OBJECTIVE To study the occurrent position, teeth, and treatment method for oro maxillofacial odontogenic fistula.?METHODS?280 cases of odontogenic fistula were retrospectively analyzed.?RESULTS?Out of 200 cases, 186 cases(66 4%) were healed, 79 cases(28 2%) efficient and 15 cases(5 4%) inefficient after treatment.?CONCLUSION?First of all, the focal tooth should be found out and then adopt appropriate treatment to prevent the fistula disunion or recurrence after treatment.
