摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨MK 80 1对缺氧缺血性脑损伤的防治作用 .[方法 ]用生后 7d的Wistar大鼠制作缺氧缺血性脑病模型 ,并分为缺氧缺血性脑损伤组、MK 80 1治疗组和正常对照组 .缺氧缺血性脑损伤后2 4h ,经苏木精和伊红染色 ,在光学显微镜下观察海马CA 1,CA 3区内的坏死细胞 .[结果 ]MK 80 1治疗组海马CA 1,CA 3区坏死细胞数百分率明显低于缺氧缺血性脑损伤组 .[结论 ]MK 80 1保护神经细胞 ,使其免受缺氧缺血性损伤 .OBJECTIVE To study the protective and therapeutic effects of MK?801 for the hypoxic ischemic brain injury.?METHODS?Using seven day new born Wistar rats, the animal model of HE was established and divided into the HIE, MK?801 treatment and control groups. Neuronal necrosis in the hippocampal CA?1 and CA?3 region was observed by light microscopy with the HE stain.?RESULTS?Percentage of necrotic cells in the hippocampal CA?1 and CA?3 region in MK?801 treatment group was significantly lower than that in HIE group.?CONCLUSION?The MK?801 may protect nerve cells from hypoxic ischemic injury.
